Before joining Gallagher Real Estate, Ashley played a pivotal role in the success of the nation's Largest Real Estate Investment and Property Management company. Her journey began as a Traveling Community Manager, where she adeptly managed large-scale, luxury apartment communities in Massachusetts. Recognizing her outstanding performance, Ashley earned a promotion to the prestigious role of Commercial Real Estate Leasing & Marketing Associate, becoming the sole individual responsible for the company's business center.

Continuing her upward trajectory, Ashley transitioned into a critical role in Talent Acquisition and HR at the Corporate Office. In this strategic position, she embarked on extensive travels across the United States, successfully identifying and onboarding top-tier talent in challenging demographics. Ashley's ability to navigate and thrive in diverse environments showcased her prowess in human resources and talent management.

Ashley, inspired by the footsteps of her grandmother and father, has seamlessly integrated herself into the family legacy within the real estate industry. Currently residing in Belchertown with her husband Reed and baby boy Wesley, Ashley balances her professional achievements with a fulfilling family life.
