Paul Gallagher is a real estate broker, developer, and investor.

Paul started in New England real estate in 2002. Quickly establishing himself in the business, he acquired Martinelli & Martini Real Estate which then became Gallagher Real Estate in 2006. Since then he has grown the firm into the largest privately held brokerage based in Western Massachusetts.

Successfully navigating the housing crisis of 2008, Gallagher expanded into property development, opening Gallagher Properties in 2011.

In 2017 Gallagher Capital Group was formed to sponsor and manage Gallagher’s investments in various projects and properties.

AWARDS

A 2019 40 under 40 recipient from Business West and Super Sixty award recipient from the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, Paul has been recognized as a New England business leader.

Gallagher Real Estate has also been acknowledged by Boston Business Journal as a preeminent Massachusetts-based brokerage.
